Hamilton got his start in the 70's selling real estate and doing
lot development. He started Hamilton Builders, LLC in 1982
and has built several hundred semi-custom homes throughout
Arizona and the Phoenix valley. Bob's passion for 40 plus
years has been raising champion quarter horses. He merged
this passion with his construction experience and now Hamilton
Builders is one of the leading builders of quality horse ranches
and facilities. |

Todd Hamilton - Managing Member |

| Todd got his
start in the business by first working in a Title company then
doing real estate acquisition for SRP. Todd became part
owner of Hamilton Builders LLC in 1991 and after obtaining his
real estate license, brokers license and contracting license he
became full owner. |

Bill Cycholl - President |

| Bill's career
began in the mid 60s as a contracts manager and marketing
manager for a major home builder in Chicago. His career
continued in Wisconsin where he gained commercial building
experience with offices, warehouses, and schools.
Eventually moving to Arizona his commercial experience continued
building fire stations, restaurants and medical care centers.
Bill joined Hamilton Builders in 1987 and has been involved in
every aspect of construction of semi-custom homes and horse
ranches |
